Dr. Hoover has an outstanding academic history: a B.S. in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from Murray State University. He received a doctorate from Patriot University and is working toward his doctorate in theology. Mr. Hoover has also been a CPA since 1979.
Dr. Hoover has collected a vast amount of work experience. He has worked in accounting, corporate planning, and dealing with state, federal and local regulatory agencies. He has also served as a tax, business and expansion advisor as well as a college instructor.
According to Dr. Hoover, "The most important attribute that I bring to the job is a love and affection for Crittenden County and a strong desire to see it grow and prosper."
Dulcie Hardin, a graduate of Murray State University, served thirty years in the Crittenden County School District as school librarian, instructional supervisor, and district technology coordinator. After retiring from the school district, she started working part-time for the West Kentucky Education Cooperative as a vocational project director.
As education director, Mrs. Hardin is responsible for bringing post-secondary courses to the community. The CCEDC partners with Madisonville Community College and Murray State University in this venture. Business and industry training is a component of the job and focuses on specific needs of a business or generalized training. Community education schedules are released three times a year and focus on computer skills, leisure-time activities and topics of special interest to members of the business community.

Jeanne Hodge is a native of Crittenden County and obtained her degree in business leadership from Mid-Continent University. She served as executive director of the Crittenden County Chamber of Commerce from 1999 - 2004, and worked to establish the first City of Marion Tourism Commission presence in downtown Marion, Kentucky.
Along with being the administrative assistant for the Crittenden County Economic Development Corporation, Mrs. Hodge serves as the web liaison with the CCEDC web developer, publishes a quarterly newsletter, designs flyers and brochures, and handles the bookkeeping for the organization.
